Next, IMB Kitchens will assign a personal manager to oversee your remodeling project, it's completed to your satisfaction, on budget, and on time. They will explain the construction schedule and conduct a final walk-through with you before starting. Additionally, if you need permits from the New York City Department of Buildings or approval from your condo owner, those must be obtained prior to construction.

Creating vision is the fun part! We'll advise you on the best designs for your home using specialized software to plan your remodel. Next, visit our showroom to finalize labor proposal and verify the project scope—no surprises with our estimates. With access to cabinetry catalogs we ensure accurate pricing and availability, plus we can provide 3-D images of your remodeled kitchen before any work begins.

Construction can begin now that your materials have arrived! The same crew will handle your renovations, and the project manager will maintain communication between you, the crew, and other tradesmen, addressing any scheduling changes or issues while ensuring the work is completed on time.
